Manufactured in the 1970’s by Lane furniture, these dramatic nightstands features Cubist “tile” design. Popular in the 1960s and '70s, the “brutalist” style refers to designs in architecture and furniture which projected a sense of strength by way of a rawness, ruggedness and unrefined quality. These pieces not only make a bold statement but also afford a serious amount of storage. The tops have been refinished and the pieces are in excellent vintage condtion.
